March 10, 2024 New Moon at 20° Pisces 5:00 AM New York, NY, USA Happy New Moon in Pisces! This week’s theme is The Beatles song, “Can’t Buy Me Love.” Except for Moon transits, there’s little planetary action this Monday to Friday. A Pisces New Moon early Sunday, March 10, suggests a vibe of meandering imagination, indecision, or worse yet, confusion may permeate this week. Our most insightful day seems to be Sunday when thought leader Mercury seeks a rebirth of Pluto power. Consider this paired influence as inspired mind control aiming toward future initiatives for best outcomes. Money (and love) planet Venus cruises through visionary Pisces on Monday until April 5. This infers potential fear or a dream-like fog hovers over the banking sector. Coincidentally, the Federal Reserve’s Bank Term Funding Program (BTFP) is set to end on Monday as well. Transiting Sun conjoins the natal NYSE Midheaven chart status point Monday to Tuesday. This is typically a positive U.S. stock market indicator per astrologer and author Louise McWhirter. It’s a first quarter Moon all week, which is also considered a favorable cycle for markets. Friday, March 15, is a triple witching day: “the simultaneous expiration of stock options, stock index futures, and stock index options contracts” (per Investopedia.com). My advice: plan for increased volume and trading volatility Wednesday to Friday. p.s. Do you like the above beautifully design-driven LUNA astrology software? U.S. markets are closed on Monday, December 25 for Christmas Day, coinciding with a hopeful alignment of Venus in a 120° trine to Neptune for grand visions of love, peace, harmony and beauty. Divergent energies follow the rest of this week, making financial forecasting very tricky this last week of 2023. A full moon in Cancer on Tuesday suggests we’ll be security and family minded. Chiron turns direct as well on Tuesday; healing wounds and inflation issues may come up in the media. Between Tuesday and Thursday, we’ll also be under various influences: Mercury square Neptune, Sun trine Jupiter, Mercury conjunct Mars, and Mars square Neptune. Easy expansion and bullish rallies can be accompanied by confusion, illusion, or deception. It doesn’t help that Mercury is retrograde as this further adds mixed messaging. Early Friday Venus in Scorpio makes an opportunity sextile alignment to Pluto in business-minded Capricorn. Financial and relationship matters are a prime focus. By the afternoon Venus enters Sagittarius. It may then seem like the sky’s the limit for those same monetary and partnership concerns. Late Saturday expansive wealth planet Jupiter turns direct after being retrograde for months. Jupiter oversees Sagittarius enhancing an adventurous spirit. All the above lumped together denotes an interesting time for investing. Ultimately with all these planetary shifts, this last week infers an eventful ending for markets in year 2023. p.s. Please note this will be the last weekly or monthly post for a while as all my blogging is going on hiatus starting in 2024. Under a personally promising Mercury retrograde plus other factors, I’m giving my business operations a thorough review. There will be new surprises in store in the not-too-distant future.
